Any suggestions? Open up the dist cap and grab the rotor. Twist it CW. It should twist maybe 15 degrees and then snap back on its own when you let go of it. If it feels rough at all, or doesn't return unless you help it, put a couple drops of oil in the felt pad in the end of the shaft under the rotor. Check this again in a couple of days. If you can't get it to free up, I can rebuild it for you. May not be your problem; just a thought. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- Search old messages on the Web!
