Can anyone help me get these off? They just pull straight out, but they're hard to remove. Use a loop of strong cord, centered around the shaft behind the knob with a loop coming out each side. Twist the loop on each side so that you have, from L to R, a finger loop, a twisted section, a center loop around the shaft, a twisted section, and a second finger loop. Now put a couple of fingers from each hand thru each loop and pull straight out. If the knob breaks off the shaft, you can fix it with super glue. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list or mailto:help@vwtype3.org
