[T3] wont start when hot

<x-flowed>Ok back to this "issue" again. It happened today again. Car would not start 
for approx 40 mins.

least I have only heard of people complain about this with an FI motor. I 
have never personally had this problem on a motor with carbs, even one that 
was running EXTREMELY hot at times.

My wife tried to turn the key on, and off a couple of times (both quickly 
and waiting for the pump to stop) to no avail.

Any clue as to what this could be? Any suggestion as to direction to look to 
solve this problem?
