Well ,Im in the california bay area, concord to be exact. Didnt get that great a detail about the car he was in or what he looked liked, the cop seemed to care less unless I had a plate number, If he was after the ignition switch he screwed up, it looks like he took a huge drill to it. Theres pieces allover my floorboard of it. I'm going to get in there and do a close examination of what I need. Keep you all posted.
