I assume you disconnected the battery before you removed the lights and the fender? If so I don't see how your switch could have been damaged in the process. Before you suspect the switch you should 1) check your ground at the fender anyway, 2) check ALL your fuses carefully (sometimes they blow but it's not visually obvious), 3) recheck your connections at the light to make sure they're correct and secure, and 4) check for pinched or shorted wires or loose connections under the dash. Check everything thoroughly, most likely it's something simple. Scott 62 343, 65 361 >>Probably just a bad ground. >>Is there any way to test this? or the Switch? I see the test in bentley but none of the connections are marked like it describes. Also, all the lights work when using the emergency flashers, just not with the switch, so if it was a ground they should not work at all. And previously with the left side unconnected the right side still worked?<< ------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <type3-off@vwtype3.org> For more help, see http://vwtype3.org/list/
