Cesaro- I just made a box out of MDF board that fit under the rear seat on the drivers side. I measured so that it would be about 1 cubic foot for my 8" sub and made sure all was sealed. It works and sounds great. BTW, this is not possible without removing the heat ducts under the seat. Since my car does not have heater boxes and is rarely ever driven in the winter, this was no problem for me. Ofcourse, I am sure the next owner of my car may think differently, but then again, I doubt there will ever be another owner. I do plan on changing this in the future, to something like your talking about with formed composite and maybe able to fit a 10" sub. For what it is worth, hope it helps.
