This is the one place where the larger US hose is a problem. However the larger hose will fit thru the bulkhead grommet with some difficulty. You can lubricate the OD of the hose with WD-40 if you like, that may help a bit. This grommet often gets left out and I don't usually see any problems from that, but I prefer to see that protection in place. > Flushed out brake fluid from tunnel, thanks to MC. WD-40 will give no long term protection at all. See if you can find a hardware store or industrial supply house that has LPS-3, instead. The more common LPS-1 is no better for this than WD-40.
