<x-charset iso-8859-1> Sounds like the mixture changes to the wrong parameters when warm, either your temp sensors are acting up or your voltage is too low. When engine is cold it likes to be rich but as it warms up , leaner is better so the temp sensors compensate for it to lean the mixture out , using air temp and most importantly head temps. Tell us , what are your sensors reading when hot? And Voltage ?
