[T3] What's with these wheels?

I thought only 61-63 wheels had the 'breather' holes between center and
outer rim...  Check these out on Everett's site:

Seller says they are dated 9/1965..  A)  Wouldn't most 9/65 wheels be
4-bolt?  B)Were N model wheels like this?
