A lot depends on what other parts he has to give you. The engines are worth 
it only if you want a core to rebuild, and then I'd really only want a 70 or later 
with the dual oil pressure relief case (unless you are trying to restore 
something earlier, or if it has the complete factory dual carb setup.)
