Propane fuel does not have much pressure. I work with some propane fork lifts 
at work. The fuel does have to be warmed to get it to vaporize. Also, at low 
temeratures, they have problems getting the fuel to to vaporize, at all.

Most propane engines are carberated, but they are not like gasoline carbs. 
They have no float bowl as such.

If you are serious about this project, I would look at some lift trucks to 
get ideas. Also, you might be able to adapt some of the parts from junked out 
lift trucks for your project.
