In the 65 version of the manual the centre hole is meant to be the normal
setting and should be .35 to .55 cc per squirt, but if there's a flat spot
as you accelerate, to reduce the amount injected.  The 69 version tells you
to use the lowest hole.  You can also change the washer thickness for
further adjustment.
