True.  When I went to Florida they grabbed my bag at Gatwick - did you pack
this?  No - my wife did (glances between the officials).  It was a buttering
knife - very old and very rounded, in case we needed to have a picnic
somewhere.  Full marks, but luckily they considered I could do more injury
with a sharp fingernail.  Probably be different now though.

I don't know what door rubbers look like under X-rays - extruded plastic
explosive probably!  (oops, that's got the securitybot looking now!  I joked
on e-mail about things like this soon after the 9/11 and next day the phone
wasn't working!  Co-incidence?  The engineer said it was a wire out, but I
don't know if he added a tap instead!  No dirty phone-calls with a tap
installed anyway!  Ho-ho.)
