Thanks, but I've got stuff in various states of "cleaned up." > However, I cant imagine Jim having an engine in one of his cars that WONT > make it to Parma. I think most of my engines would make the trip, but I've got the parts for a nice engine that I've been trying to find time to build for several years now. It is supposed to go in the car that I would like to drive to Parma. That car is one that I bought and have been working on to restore, and it now has a Brazilian dual carb engine in it that had been severely overheating when I bought it. I've got it cooling right now, but I don't know what its condition really is, plus I don't know how I could hold my head up if I showed up in Parma with a dual carb converted 73. ;-) It will be a 1600 FI with counterweighted crank, balanced drive train, and full flow oil filter when I get there! - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- Too much?
