re:headlight switch

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I understand teh systematic approach to things, but i just recevied this
squareback, and looking at a corroded fuesbox that need cleaning anyway i
figured i would clean it. i will try with the voltmeter when i get a
chance...if this switch is anything like the bus switch it has some problems
designed into it, that i planned on fixing pre-emptively.

You need to approach this systematically. Do you have a voltmeter or
mechanic's trouble light? With either of these you can check for 12V at
various points in the chain leading to the headlights. Once you find where
the
12V stops, you have your cause. With the Dremel you were just guessing.
