[T3] engine swap

a few more questions concerning my engine
swap.....type 1 into type 3....would it be possible to
swap out the cooling tin from a t1 to a t3?  or would
it be easier to put the t1 into my fasty then build a
sheet metal barrier around the engine to keep hot air
out of the top?  I'm no rocket scientist, so the
easier option would be the best....
