[T3] Update to Oil in Heat Exchangers

Looks like the number 3 spark plug wire was toast.  All the cylinders are
firing now and I will do a basic tune-up.

Is it very hard to drop a heat exchanger with the engine still in the car, I
want to try and clean out the oil that's in there, plus comfirm that that
oil was coming from the #3 clylinder, since it wasn't firing.
