<x-charset iso-8859-1>Is there any way that I can find out which year my 009 is? (is there a cross reference book or anything?) I understand that the older units retarded the timing on #3 and thus had "flat spot" but that has been eliminated in new 009s. I have a feeling my veedub has the older style (although it does have the square wiring harness for the condensor). I have the model number from my carb if that would help any.
