I had fair luck recently with TMI for seat covers.  They weren't absolutely
perfect, but they were made to the correct dimensions to fit just like the
original covers fit.  You will want to save the heavy wire reinforcements in
the old covers and re-use them in the replacement covers.  That way, you can
put the seats back together like the originals.  Don't use hog rings.  I
re-used the original horsehair pads after adding a little bit of additional
horsehair padding I got from scrapped seats.  I put pieces of carpet
remnants between the springs and the horsehair to keep the padding from
working into the springs again.
