<x-charset iso-8859-1>hi. all things taken into consideration here you mentioned going to a bigger engine later well id get the 44 with the correct jetting and venturies aircooled and john seem good for this unlike others then later when you upgrade other stuff you will be buying just vents and jets . a good look at what you want to in the future will save you throwing good money after bad because you wernt thinking properly to start take your time . i run my 1641 cc on stock pdsits with a 110 cam and header system i have the pilot jets from a carbed t4 34 pdsits fitted 32 mains and its sweet i am going to try 35 mains on it some time soon just to see what happens when i really pore the fuel in but if i do that id probably go back down on the pilot jets (electro magnetic bad boys) to a 45 again . my t4 will have drlas but that's another story . 1966 typ 3 sqr with fitted irs pan. soon to run 2ltr + typ 4 power. off the speedo in germany if i can. ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list or mailto:help@vwtype3.org </x-charset>
