I've never done it, but I would think that these could be replaced by clear plastic hose that you can buy at the hardware store. I don't think I have any spares right now. OTOH, if falling off is their only problem, then you could re-glue them, but they do tend to split and leak when they get old. Check the knobs, gearing, and cables. Also check the cable ends to make sure some of them haven't fallen off the part they are supposed to control.
