[T3] Minnow Fish Carbs

I was fishing (!) around the net trying to find info on carb icing (of which
I suspect I'm suffering) when I stumbled across this web page:

These carbs look very interesting: very simple and apparently the potential
for increased performance AND increased economy!
Thing is their review page has only reviews from 30-40 years ago and I can't
find any more info on the net about them. They are also pretty expensive and
look a nightmare to set up. Anyone ever heard of them? or have any opinions
about them?
