Thanks for the response.  I didn't know if that was normal or not and have
not lubricated at all.   I'll take a look at it tonight and let you know
over the next couple of weeks if that fixes it.  Thanks again.

Sounds like the advance is sticking.  Do you routinely lubricate it with
some oil on the felt pad under the rotor?
