[T3] Reman flywheels: a warning

<x-charset iso-8859-1>Lately around here we've been finding remanufactured flywheels causing
sealing problems. Apparently someone, probably in Mexico, is resurfacing old
flywheels using sprayed metal, not on the clutch side but on the seal side.
This works OK for a short time, but soon the resurface starts to decay,
creating sharp edges of the sprayed metal. These are destroying front seals.
I'd just like to warn everyone to keep an eye out for this.
