[T3] wiper shaft leak

    I had to remove the glove box and wait for a rainy day, but I
found the pesky leak.  I thought for sure it would be the fresh air
box's, but it is dripping right down the wiper shaft.  Not at the body
seal, but inside the hollow tube that holds the rotating shaft.  Is
there a seal or o-ring in there?  Any ideas on how to seal this?  I
don't want to remove the whole wiper assy., I remember that was a
pain.  If I can remove the shaft and grease it, that might be enough
to keep the water out too.
