<x-charset iso-8859-1>Why not convert you almost new up right to a flat type 3 motor. that way all
you have to do is get the tin and cooling hardware , add the oil filler hole
(with bolts) , plug the type one oil sensor, and drill the head for the head
temp sensor(if you use FI), if your Type 3 is 69 or later you will have to
have to add the adapter support plate for the crossbeam that holds the
motor. If by the chance the motor is a new case or a rebuilt bus case then
you may have the holes to bolt this to already. Otherwise you have to use
the adapter plate, I am not to fond of the adtapter but I had one in a bus I
had and never developed an oil leak.........
