<x-charset iso-8859-1>First off *DITTO* secondly, you need to cut away all the rusted metal and weld in a patch.. easy work for a good welder and dont worry about the structural issues. No welder?? screw on a patch and seal the seam with RTV before putting the patch on.. making SURE the seam is CLEAN so the RTV will adhere... then top the whole thing with fibered roofing tar.
