[T3] Parts identification

Hi list,

I just bought a box of Type 3 bits today. In amongst it were 2 distributors,
one was a 311 905 205F, and the other had only a bosch part number on it,
but I don't think it is a T3 one as it only has vacuum advance. What year
did the 205F come on?

Also, there is a gearstick knob with no part # on it, it is white on top
with grey on the bottom. What years was this used on?

There were two seal looking things that I don't know where they come from,
part numbers 311 837 211 and 311 837 209. Can anyone tell me what they are
for?
