Hey All -

I believe it was Jake Raby who recently posted (on the shoptalk.com forums)
that, "The cheap blue coils are the crappiest piece of junk on the face of
the earth.If it does not have a part number on the bottom, take it, beat it
with a hammer until its internals are exposed and know that you just did a
fellow VW enthusiast a favor! Pure JUNK!"

"Didn't John Connelly post that if the Blue coil sold for $20-25 then it was
the bad one, while the good ones were something over $30. Of course that's
little protection against someone willing to take some extra profit and sell
the Mexican ones for $35."
