[T3] Rear brake drum

<x-charset iso-8859-1>Another question I've been meanng to ask for some time:

I'm going to have to open my rear brake drums at some point, not only to
evaluate their condition, but also to find out why my handbrake doesn't
work. Is it possible to adjust the rear brakes with the drums open like
this? I have read the instructions for doing it through the little hole in
the back of the wheel, but it just seems that while it is all open like that
it will be more accessible and easier to see what's going on.
