With the key fragment stuck in the cylinder you can still turn the cylinder ON and OFF with just a screwdriver or the stub of the rest of the old key. You may be able to get the fragment out with a dental tool, or a locksmith may be able to pick it out for you. As a last resort, the cylinder removal instructions are in the Bentley manual. I had a friend who did this in his Volvo.
