Hello there- I'm in the process of completing my type 4 conversion and I have an older style BAS equal length header, but the style that bolts up to the stock type 4 heat exchangers (but it still does all those funky loops that gives you the extra HP). Shad's type 4 has a Tangerine Racing exhaust system, but the price is not for the faint at heart!
