I am almost finished.
Just some last questions.

I noticed I have 3/4 different bottom butterflies.
1 without cutouts, 1 with 1 cutout, 1 with 2 cutouts. They are located just 
above the hole of the volume control screw.

Are those side specific? Which one(s) where?

I am also using the floats with according float needle valves of the 
32PDSIT-3 set. They are 7,3 gr comparing to the other pair of 7 gr.  Good 
idea or not?

Last tricky one, what about the little ball I hear moving in the body.  
Compared to the sound it makes in another carb it isn't that free.

How freely should it move?

Help me out please.

BTW I lended my S&S merged header out too someone in England who 
manufactures headers out of Stainless Steel. He is going to make a bigger 
sized T3 merged header which will make it able to KEEP the thermostat (he 
made some nice T1 setups already).
