I will be at exit 18 on Hwy. 84, just outside of Troutdale at the Lewis &
Clark off-ramp (big brown state sign, hard to miss).  I will be there
between 8:00/8:30 Friday morning.  I will stay there until 9:00am then I
leave.  Martin & gang, from what I understand when he and I last talked,
will be meeting me and anyone else at exit 18, in the parking area that's
right there to the right of the off-ramp.  We will all then leave as a
caravan, sticking to the speed limit, following the leader and not losing
anyone.  Short burst exhibitions of speed and top end are allowed, just make
sure to get back into the caravan :D

The plan is to meet the Washington caravan in Pendleton, hopefully between
1/2pm.  At 2pm we leave with or without the WA caravan and we expect them to
do the same with us.  Now, where do OR and WA caravans meet?  Brian Fye
suggested a rest stop just before Pendleton but I don't know if the WA
caravan would converge there or have to back-track a little.  Would whomever
is in charge of the WA group please contact me so we can nail this down?
