[T3] anti-theft technique

	A friend sent me this url -- an interesting idea for recovering
stolen wheels/tires:

Basically, the owner had the tire shop put a photocopy of i.d./ownership
information inside the tire when it was mounted on the rim, with
instructions to contact the owner collect if somebody else has the tire
serviced.  Cool.
