Have you seen one of these Hawaii plates in VT? I think I've seen the Bear 
plates a few times over the years, but I'm sure that Alaska plates are much 
more common, and they're not common at all.

T3 content: Any T3s out there in Hawaii, NW Territory, or Alaska?
