<x-charset iso-8859-1>I am trying to get the car started and running utilizing the parts I have on hand. My total aircooled VW experience and parts base rests in the milk crates that came with the car. Once I know the engine isn't toast, I'll go back and take care of things such as a proper distributor (especially since I'll need one with the F.I. contacts.) I'll pull the rocker cover off today to assure I'm my timing is correct.
