I agree that if this is indeed a German specification "1600L" notchback, then it should not have front "bullet" indicator lights. Only "A" models got those. All German-built "L" models sold in Europe and elsewhere in those days had the wider flat wrap around indicator lights on the front. Also, silver wheels as seen with the spare didn't come in until the 1970 model year (Aug 1969). I am not convinced that the inset seating material is original either.
