It's been sitting outside unprotected ever since I painted it, but except for the chalky-milky effect that it gets from the sunlight, it's held up fine. No rust spots coming up, and I physically cannot scrape it off to check. This was a rather rusty "junk" frame that my dad let me kinda play around with -- all I did was a heavy wirewheel job to get everything off, swept the dust and painted.
