[T3] Play in steering, how do you adjust??

There is a little to much play in my steering, what is
the easy answer for adjustment??


Also, my blinkers work fine, but the indicators on the
dash dont blink nor do they make noise, is this just
like a flasher or something thats easily replaced or
do you think both bulbs went out at once.??
