This is almost correct. There should be an inline fuse between the coil and 
the switch, and the kickdown connection is on the LHS, not above the VM.

It sounds like you have the right idea. I don't think a better wiring diagram 
would help you. I don't know any source that has a really good series of 
pictures, but some engine photos in the Bentley may happen to show the 
kickdown switch and some of its wiring.
