The 3 plastic rings were originally part of the padded dash. You will have to 
experiment to find something that will glue them back in place. Note that 
they go in a certain way; the slots on the sides clear the spring retainers on 
the instruments.

I probably have whatever you need. Keep in mind that the dash changed a 
couple of times, so you should be looking for 67-70 parts.
