<x-charset iso-8859-1>Epoxy coated floors for easy clean up....a lift, not sure which type, the type that you lift the car by the wheels, or the type that you lift the car by the body/suspension......full I-beam rigging overhead complete with chain hoist......peg board covering all 4 walls for hanging tools, etc.....a sturdy workbench on all 4 walls...preferably out of stainless steel.....retracting hose reels in from drops in the ceiling, for air, water, and electrical power.....a large amperage 220 circuit so I can get the BIG welder....full surround sound stereo, with 100 disc changer so I can just put it on shuffle and it will go all day long.....a specially designed padded "target" for wrench throwing, for those times when something it being very stubborn, and or I bust my knuckles on something, Basically take a well outfitted....machine shop and car repair garage, clean it up and attach it to the side of my house.
