Just dreamin'. ZzZz~8-)   Right now my idea of a dream garage is one that
does not have a 30% grade for a driveway, a roommate living in the room in
the back, and eight years worth of ex-roommate leftovers.  ;-0

Even still, in this city I feel fortunate.

Maybe a shallow pit, 1-1.5 ft. deep.  Just enough to give that needed
clearance without jacking the car up.  Although, I see a trench in the
garage floor getting in the way at some point.
