The head came off easily compared to > the cylinders. You're going to have to be gentle and yet persistent. Try using a wooden board as a "punch", with one end against the short fins and tap the other end. Don't try to hit against the long fins as they will just break off. You can use a wood block or a soft hammer and gently tap the ends of the cylinders up/down/sideways to gently loosen them.
