This just demonstrates how easily it can be to get misled. The thing on top 
of the oil cooler is the oil pressure switch and has nothing to do with the FI.

If it's not connected, the oil light won't come on when you turn the key ON, 
but it won't affect the way your engine runs, unless you let it run out of oil 
and destroy itself.
