I don't think I ever worried about this, but perhaps I should have. I think the L/R arms are the same length, but the top/bottoms aren't. IF it is really true that the two sides aren't really directly across from each other, then this must mean that the wheels are also staggered. I'll have to take a good look at an axle beam to see if the lower bearings are staggered.
