[T3] Paint code for wheels?

<x-charset iso-8859-1>My 1966 Fastback has the original steel wheels. They are painted a gloss
black (although there seems to be a hint of gray in the color). What is the
paint code for these wheels? If I decide to freshen them up, should I have
them painted or powder coated? What are the advantages of either option and
what should I expect to pay? How do I communicate the paint code to the
painter? (In other words, will the shop be able to reference >30 year old
paint codes?)
