[T3] a few Questions and recomended bodyshop in NW(perferably WA)

I am looking for a good place to get a little front end panel work done.  I 
need a front apron replaced and welded(would it be possible to just bolt it 
on like the fenders? What is the reason for it being welded in?) Also a RF 
fender straightened at the fold of the bliker, my wraparound blinker no 
longer sites flush with my fender. its dented in just above the bliker where 
it sorta comes to a point.
