[T3] evaluating your car for insurance
The other day, someone was asking about evaluating their car for insurance
purposes. I happened to be on http://www.nada.com web site today, looking up
the value of a car for another person at work. I noticed that they have
listings for classic's and collectable's. Just for the heck of it, I looked
up my '66 Fastback. Right now, I would take their average retail for it, if
it got totaled. Low retail is over $3000.
People may want to look at these prices and see if they are what they figured
their T-3 is worth. Also, it would be bargaining leverage if your car was
ever in an accident, or stolen.
